100% ORGANIC DUTCH MINI PANCAKES
A cargo bike equipped to be an organic mini pancake (“poffertjes”) booth, that’s Miss Little Pancake in a nutshell. We started off designing the corporate identity, the cargo bike and the website. After catering parties and small fairs, Miss Little Pancake was looking for a way to expand and attend bigger venues such as festivals.
The cargo bike’s capacity fell short and with expansion more professional attire is needed as well. However, it’s still about mini pancakes, so it shouldn’t be too serious. Synergique seized this opportunity and transformed a caravan into an alternative to the mini pancake cargo bike.

The mini pancakes are still being cooked on the cargo bike, at bigger events however a mini pancake caravan with bigger capacity and easier transportation is now used.
The cargo bike and caravan take Miss Little Pancake to any festival, event or kids party. Synergique also designed the website where you can find out for yourself where her delicious mini pancakes can be tasted.
